$977/month for a small room with no bathroom? Very poor experience. Came in for a tour at 9am, leasing manager was in a meeting. We visit THREE units and I wasnât able to see any of them because none of the keys work. Iâm told to reschedule for another day. Two weeks ago apartments.com said $799/month. New management takes over and jacks the price up to $977/month.

Been living for almost a week so far itâs been pretty good looks like some renovations were made to help stop infestation and the bathrooms have been smelling and looking clean so far currently only 3 stars because of stuff coming out of the sink from the pipes connected to the park but staff is aware and trying to fix it so far enjoying my time here!

used to live here it wasn't too bad until the roaches which our apartment was clean but the neighbors maybe not so much idk there was quite a few people with mental illness like this one guy thought one of the people living there was putting spiders in his underwear and he would just stand outside her door so angry thank God she never opened the door while he was out there and the neighboring apartments would just shoo him off. I left when the roaches came left everything there wasn't chancing taking any of those things with me not uh so nasty the one upside is if you have an apartment with a bathroom there is endless hot water like literally endless idk how they do it but that was the on e incredible awesome thing about this spot. oh also it's haunted one time I was doing laundry and suddenly the dryer turns on there is no wrinkle shield and there was no clothes in there anyway it just turned on for about a minute or so gave me the heebie jeebies for sure.

If you want to live in a slum this is the place. The bathrooms never get done on the weekend if at all during the week. This place is basically a death sentence. The management except for the supervisor makes everyone feel uncomfortable and constantly puts their emotions first. This place needs to be condemned. Also alot of people who live here allow people who were trespassed to live with them. Then there's also those people who live here rent free not to mention they also do not respect veterans whats so ever

Imagine relying on the PDXPolice to find the man who kidnapped you but he finds you first and you are now single and after you have already moved to another apartment. he stands outside of your door waiting for you.. to get off of work from Burgerville and walk home. He stares at you and luckily your iPhone recording scares him away and so do your screams.
