Went in for a tour and although there are some great amenities, I loved the amount of studio space, the theater, and especially the workshop, there isn't much else to the place. The rooms are nice enough, but white walls and dark floors make the space seem bigger than it really is. Plus the whole thing with sharing the kitchen with an entire floor is kind of off-putting. No ventilation and radiator heat makes for an interesting combo and the hostess was a bit more concerned with her upcoming vacation than my concerns. While there had an allergy attack, only two things cause a reaction like that, cedar and mold. And I didn't see any cedar trees. The paperwork is redundant and excessive due to their government funding and had to wait almost three weeks for a response. Which of course was a no. Despite the low price, the place isn't worth the hassle.

It's a good place if you're trying to become some sort of artist and you don't have a whole lot of money. Mostly all shared bathrooms and a kitchen. Really small spaces. From what I've seen there's kind of a lot of drama that goes on between people that live there. They host a lot of cool events though.

Went for artisan show. It's clear this is for a tight knit/young/trendy nerd crowd. If you are over the age of 25 you will likely be out of place.
